This position allows for a high level recruitment services to hiring teams across the country. An exceptional degree of creativity, recruiting vision, and business understanding is key to performing the full life cycle recruiting. On any given day, you will be working with hiring managers, candidates, third party vendors and colleagues on a variety of recruitment requests and projects. You will: · Take ownership of full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening and selection while adhering to guidelines to negotiation offer and close ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. · Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, positive results and credibility by providing an effective and consultative service. · Source high quality talent through databases and social media; build networks to find experience in passive candidates; keep abreast of employment laws and legislation. · Advise hiring managers on current job market, available talent and conduct competitive analysis to ensure timely hiring; deliver high quality candidates while maintaining excellent relationships. · Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, current trends, candidate and talent strategies. · Demonstrate proactive follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. · Provide concise and proactive communication to candidates and all levels of management. · Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have: · Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training. · Minimum of five years’ experience in recruitment preferably in a law firm or related service industry. · Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. · Ability to develop creative approaches to source candidates in challenging niche markets. · Strong written and oral communication skills. · Creative problem solving skills, highly detailed oriented, and have an ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Knowledge of Workday, viRecruit, or a similar applicant tracking system a plus.
