The Senior Manager, Corporate Investigations supervises internal investigations into allegations of non-compliance across the enterprise, and conducts internal investigations involving more complex or sensitive subject matters or senior leaders. This position will serve as the primary subject matter expert on the team concerning all aspects of internal investigations and related processes. He or she will have responsibility for managing and training new or junior investigators on the team.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

· Conducts or supervises internal investigations of alleged non-compliance or employee misconduct across the enterprise, with an emphasis on employee relations matters, including allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, disrespectful behavior and workplace violence.

· Partners with Human Resources, Legal and senior functional leaders making recommendations regarding personnel action or other remediation/mitigation measures based on investigative findings.

· Assists with development of processes and procedures designed to mitigate future occurrences of non-compliance or misconduct.

· Partners with Internal Audit and other functions to evaluate ongoing enterprise risks and identifies opportunities to proactively mitigate those risks.

· Serves as the primary subject matter expert concerning all aspects of internal investigations, including interviewing, data analysis, case management and reporting.

· Stays abreast of changing regulatory requirements and compliance industry best practices.

· Manages the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of at least two other junior investigators on the team, and works to develop their analytical and reporting capabilities.

· Engages with team leadership and senior leaders at the company on investigative outcomes and remediation/mitigation plans.

· Manages and/or participates in special projects as requested.

· Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, Accounting, Human Resources or related field is required.

· Additional training or professional designations in the areas of law enforcement, internal investigations, auditing, employee relations or compliance preferred (e.g., CCEP, CPA, CFE, PHR).

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Legal, Audit or Human Resources.
