We are in search of a Litigation Paralegal to join our team operating within the legal industry, based out of Chicago, Illinois. As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing our firm's case files, calendar, and docketing system, as well as assisting in the drafting of legal documents. You will also be responsible for coordinating service of summonses and subpoenas, and handling online legal filings in Federal and state courts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the firm's case files, calendar, and docketing system

• Assist in drafting motions, affidavits, discovery, pro hac vice, and out-of-state attorney admissions

• Coordinate service of summonses and subpoenas

• Handle online legal filings in Federal and state courts

• Cite-check, proof, and finalize legal documents, including drafting Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities

• Use Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for various tasks

• Employ skills in Briefing, Calendar Management, Civil Litigation, and Litigation - Class Action

• Utilize e-Filing and Drafting skills for the preparation and submission of legal documents

• Draft Motions and assist in Client Intake process.

Requirements • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with Case Management Software

• Strong briefing skills

• Proficient in Calendar Management

• Experience with Civil Litigation

• Knowledge of Litigation - Class Action

• Familiar with e-Filing

• Ability to Draft legal documents

• Experience in Drafting Motions

• Proficient in Client Intake process
