What you get to do every day
Preparation of director and officer materials
Assist with SEC filings and related data maintenance, some physical files
Legal research and document drafting
Due diligence requests and closing documents
Vendor contract support
Department administration
Requirements - Proficiency in due diligence
Foundational knowledge in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)
Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate ParaLegal
Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) experience
Well-founded grasp of Entity Formation
Proven knowledge of Corporate Identity
Knowledge of corporate governance
Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired
