Description We are looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to become part of our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves providing support to attorneys in the area of commercial litigation, handling complex tasks that are crucial to the management of cases.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to assist attorneys in case preparation

• Drafting legal documents and pleadings, including deposition notices, subpoenas, motions, certifications, contracts, and briefs

• Reviewing and analyzing discovery responses and/or large amounts of data

• Preparing for and assisting with trials and court proceedings

• Coordinating the collection, review, and production of documents and responding to discovery requests

• Interacting with clients and opposing counsel to represent the interests of the client effectively

• Maintaining case management system and ensuring information is up-to-date

• Providing assistance in the preparation and filing of all court documents

• Creating reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal

• Proficient in Commercial Litigation

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles

• Excellent research and report-writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must hold a Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited institution.
