Description

We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part time and hybrid role plays a pivotal part in supporting various IT systems, projects, and IT operations across our portfolio of companies. Additionally, this role will involve working with our outsourced help desk that supports the business. This contract role will be hybrid on site 2 days a week and remote the third day (15-20 hours per week). Please apply today if interested!

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage various IT systems and projects across our portfolio of companies.

• Collaborate with the outsourced help desk to ensure efficient and effective IT support for the business.

• Assist with acquisitions within the company's ERP system.

• Leverage skills in Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Utilize skills in AB Testing, Application Development, Deployments, Design, Engineering, and Cloud ERP.

• Ensure the alignment of IT services and personnel with business strategies.

• Support the company’s customer satisfaction, quality, and profit objectives.

• Manage and oversee IT operations to ensure the smooth running of IT systems.

• Act as a lead in the development and implementation of IT strategies and solutions.

• Handle any IT related inquiries or issues, providing prompt resolution and support.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in application development project management or leadership role

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with cloud technologies

• Proven expertise with CRM systems and database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency with ERP, particularly Cloud ERP

• Strong understanding of deployment processes in a development environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
