Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis
Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with a tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops
Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles, and ensuring the team is working effectively
Cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst
Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments
Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked
Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards
Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion
Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members, and designers
Devises schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, and manages project scope and timelines
Applicants with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools are preferred
Preferred experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
PMO (project management office) experience Cyber Security experience preferred
Strong familiarity with Core Infrastructure Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills are highly desired
A Project Management (PMP) certification is required for success at this position.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
