Protiviti is seeking a Salesforce Architect Senior Manager to join our growing team.

Senior Managers are responsible for job economics and for ensuring seamless project management . Senior Managers are developing future contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market .

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Operate as a consultant, actively participating in all the team/client meetings
Design, build, test and deploy SFDC customizations both in lightning and Classic which will include Visualforce pages, Apex code, form layout changes, workflow triggers & alerts, validation rules, custom objects, formulas, automated email responses, etc.
Full understanding of the SFDC development including how to manage source code, deployment to multiple environments and related development operations unique to the SFDC platform.
Integration of SFDC with other enterprise systems via web service (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.), and migration tools like ANT . MuleSoft experience a plus.
Maintain documentation of Salesforce.com specific processes and configurations
Maintain and enhance overall system configuration and change controls.
Experience with Salesforce Development, Salesforce Configuration, and CPQ
Assist users and stakeholders with analytics and report design and management
Keep certifications current and always be learning about new platform features
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline ( e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) required
8+ years in a related field required , preferably in professional services and/or industry
Experience working for a technology consulting firm or software product company is strongly preferred
SF Platform Developer II Certification or SF Advanced Administrator C ertification preferred

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills, and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$122,000- $196,000 (Minneapolis)
$130,000- $208,000(Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Charlotte, Salt Lake City)
$139,000- $223,000 (New York)
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job: 14% The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$139,080- $223,440 (Minneapolis)
$148,200- $237,120 (Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Charlotte, Salt Lake City)
$158,460- $254,220 (New York)
Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
