Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for investment entities; prepare variance analyses for corporate financials
Reconcile and support balance sheet accounts as requested with assistance from Accountant
Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with Income Tax basis and/or GAAP; prepare year end work papers for income tax filings; prepare year-end audits of the project entities
Prepare WIP, backlog and cost to complete schedules; provide cash flow projections for projects
Prepare budgets for fees, insurance and supervision
Requirements - BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics
3 or more years of experience, preferably in real estate
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
