Key Areas of Responsibility:

▪ Assist with allocations of loans to managed vehicles

▪ Calculate loan transfer prices for loans allocated to managed vehicles

▪ Assist in funding execution and fund management activities

▪ Manage the rating agency process for both new transactions and portfolio companies

▪ Support asset allocation function in critical document distribution

▪ Manage the accuracy and timeliness of information provided to outside parties

▪ Audit and manage investment fund data sites (Syndtrak) and investor reporting packages to ensure information is complete, accurate, and presentable

▪ Coordinate capital calls, funding approvals and loan assignments to execute the funding of loan assets in various investment vehicles

▪ Monitor loan database to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information

▪ Record fund trades in the loan portfolio management software

Senior Associate Role

The primary responsibility of the position is to assist the asset allocation group with all aspects of the loan allocations to our managed investment funds. The ideal candidate has a high level of responsibility and attention to detail. Successful candidates can effectively communicate internally and externally to manage the timing of scheduled document deliverables and ensure document quality and accuracy. Candidates will be expected to closely follow internal and external credit memos, legal documentation and funding procedures, as well as contribute new ideas to achieve efficiencies in reporting. The ideal candidate can be trusted and held accountable for keeping well-organized, up to date, and accurate information.


Candidate Profile

▪ BA/BS/BBA required

▪ 4+ years background experience in loan or fund administration a plus

▪ Ability to multi-task and manage time and workload efficiently

▪ Strong work ethic and high attention to detail

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

▪ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

▪ Knowledge of Wall Street Office and/or similar loan or ERP accounting system is beneficial ▪ Leveraged lending and/or securitized lending industry knowledge a plus ▪ Ability to develop effective working relationships with team members
