Responsibilities:
Support monthly internal reporting and consolidation process
Ownership over certain corporate controls to ensure proper compliance both at corporate and companywide
Support corporate and consolidation internal and external audit requests
Work closely with other members of corporate accounting team to support monthly close process
Support SEC filings and press release process by preparing external financials and certain disclosures for 10-K/10-Q/8-K
Assist in coordinating and developing training materials for quarterly global accounting and finance updates
Participate in and support various process improvement initiatives and special projects as necessary
Requirements
Requirements of Candidate:
Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably with public accounting experience
CPA or working towards obtaining their CPA
Knowledge of ERP and consolidation systems (company uses SL9 for corporate ERP and OneStream for consolidation)
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal controls
Experience with public companies and SEC reporting, experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail
Proactive self-starter who seeks new challenges and continuous improvement opportunities
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to dive into new areas
