Where We Need You:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Rewards and Recognition Leader, this role will be the primary point of contact for global compensation programs, including salary and incentive structures, pay policies and practices, job leveling and salary range structures and our annual processes. You will partner with the HR team and business leaders to support global initiatives and to address compensation challenges and concerns. You will team with the broader compensation team to complete benchmarking analysis and also review compensation decisions for fairness and consistency.

What You Can Expect:

In this role, you will play an integral part in providing support for developing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs for our people worldwide. You will partner closely with our compensation team, business leaders and the HR team to deliver on our compensation strategy and reward our people. You will also provide support and consultation on many compensation topics as well as train our HR partners on our compensation strategy. This position is critical to our mission to develop Meaningful Rewards and Recognition to our people. This position is a hybrid position that will require limited travel throughout the year.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact on global compensation programs, including salary and incentive structures. Contribute to the development of the global compensation philosophy and strategy, and help to oversee the continued governance of programs, while providing thought leadership in the continuous improvement of programs, practices, and policies

  • Keeps abreast of best practices/industry trends and continually reviews compensation processes, procedures, and systems.

  • Oversee annual benchmarking for existing lines of business and provide recommendations on salary range adjustments. For new lines of business and emerging skills, oversee inaugural job analysis and recommend initial salary ranges.

  • Lead annual salary review process, consulting with HR leaders and reviewing recommendations for adherence to compensation strategy and for fairness and consistency.

  • Lead annual incentive compensation process, consulting with HR leaders and reviewing recommendations for adherence to plan design and strategy. Review recommendations for fairness and consistency.

  • Model compensation cost implications, identify trends, and make recommendations for senior management.

  • Consult with business leaders on annual incentive plan design changes, including modeling and operationalizing changes.

  • Provide reporting and analysis of compensation and rewards.

  • Provide technical and analytical expertise to support Rewards

  • Identify and implement improvements in processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Educate HR leaders and Business leaders on our compensation strategy and train leaders to better deliver meaningful compensation communications to our people.

  • Project manage rewards-related projects from inception to implementation, as needed.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation principles and practices commensurate with 6+ years of experience in the field

  • Proven analytical, data modeling and analysis skills

  • Ability to think critically and independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with various stakeholders, including business partners and executives

  • Experience successfully managing projects from launch through implementation

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Economics, or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards. Experience in professional services and a complex, global organization preferred

  • Certificated Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred

  • Strong technology literacy skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Power BI a plus.
