The Senior Tax Analyst role involves a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to working on federal and state tax accounting, forecasting, and compliance matters, researching and documenting tax technical issues, assisting with tax audits, and advising business partners on the tax implications of transactions. The Senior Tax Analyst will work closely with team members to support the company's tax life cycle.

Job Description:

  • Support the tax accounting, forecasting, and tax compliance processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Responsibilities may include preparing, reviewing and documenting tax calculations, tax returns and tax positions.

  • Responsibilities also include responding to notices from taxing authorities. Analyze and interpret changes to federal and state tax laws. Research various tax issues to determine the appropriate tax treatment and related reporting.

  • Proactively identify, drive, and implement process improvements that promote risk management, streamline activities, and enhance transparency in tax work streams. Participate in project planning and support special projects.

    Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CapEx

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Understanding of Cash Activity

• Compliance knowledge and experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• Proven experience as a Tax Senior in a corporate setting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
