KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the AVP and Senior Manager of FP& A to perform long range planning, working capital, and cash flow analyses and provide support as needed for investor and owner relations

· Produce board book reports, financial statements, and assist in the preparation of documents and materials for investor and owner relations (Board of Directors, Rating Agencies, etc.)

· Manage revenue pacing, distribute revenue projections to key stakeholders, and identify as well as implement changes to improve revenue forecasting over future periods

· Own the monthly revenue close process and supporting analytics

· Execute and manage business rules and data management in Oracle Cloud modules, including quarterly and monthly testing, working with Managed Service provider, and identifying process and system improvements

· Develop and maintain business reporting tied to revenue forecasts, variance analysis, capital projections, projected cash flows, and other reporting of benefit to key stakeholders

· Inform the design and development of relevant dashboard metrics and financial models to execute trend and variance analysis of key financial metrics and KPIs related to corporate performance

· Represent Financial Planning & Analysis in the Economic Limit of Repair (ELOR) process to inform decision making on assets to be repaired, retired, or stored

· Provide day-to-day support and assistance related to financial systems as well as ad hoc analysis as needed

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3 to 5 years of progressive FP& A experience: forecasting, benchmarking, budget management, complex variance analysis, management reporting

· Working knowledge of business processes, financial modeling, and systems-oriented FP& A experience, including the ability to create and support financial / investment recommendations using common financial metrics (e.g. WACC, ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.)

· Highly detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy of work outputs as well as an appreciation for data literacy and integrity and process definition

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey information to a wide variety of stakeholders

· Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists as well as more abstract issues and solutions
