Job Description
• Reviewing and preparing complex tax returns including federal and multi-state returns for C Corporations and partnerships
• Manage annual tax return process
• Review tax projections and quarterly estimates
• Management of quarterly Financial Statements and custom reports for all Individual, S Corporation and Partnerships
• Identify and research tax issues, consult with internal tax experts
Requirements
Desired skills
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with emphasis on partnerships and corporate entities.
• Excellent oral and written communications, analytical and organizational skills
• Strong technical and research skills
• Motivated, team oriented self-starter
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment with all levels of personnel
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Relevant undergraduate degree and CPA a plus
