•Manage and respond to technical accounting inquiries from business leaders around the world
•Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements through appropriate application of US GAAP and IFRS standards
•Partner with internal stakeholders including External Reporting, FP& A, Human Resources, Internal Audit, and Investor Relations to develop and implement processes and solutions to new accounting guidance (for example revenue recognition and leasing)
•Develop and enhance global accounting policies under US GAAP and IFRS
•Manage special projects related to technical accounting matters (M& A, adoption of new accounting pronouncements, etc.)
Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
•4 + years of experience in accounting
•Strong accounting research and project management skills
•Strong written and verbal communications skills
•Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
