Description

We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced UI Designer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will enforce the design direction of next-gen navigation schemes, patterns, components, and templates across a product line-up to ensure a consistent and captivating user experience. Your main duties will include creating final UX deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative work process.

As our UI Designer, you will partake in the complete design process from idea generation to execution. Your key role will be leveraging your proficiency in UI design, interaction design, and UX principles to tailor intuitive, visually pleasing web application interfaces. You will need to visualise ideas using professional design tools and actively engage with UX/market researchers to build test plans and implement design improvements based on user testing results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant UI Design experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred

• Experience with complex digital application projects, design systems, and brand guidelines.

• Experience creating advanced wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile.

• Solid understanding of accessibility and its impact on UX.

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to independently create schedules and define the scope of work.

• Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving business needs.

• Excellent time management skills and organization to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
