The Controller will be a full-time employment opportunity and will be located in the Chino, California region. What you get to do every single day - Prepare cash-flow reports that project cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and handle daily cash management - Work closely with executive team and partners to facilitate efficient and effective firm-wide operation - Evaluate, implement and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies - Flexible in completing tasks beyond formal job responsibilities - Manage the creation of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor them on a monthly basis - Lead the operations of the finance department which includes accounts payable, billings collections, and payroll - Support punctual cash collection by managing the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques - Give financial reports to executive committee and partners each month - Research, prepare and execute Finance Department initiatives such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as required - Complete month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, reconcile accounts, and handle G/L analysis - Ensure client satisfaction by reviewing deliverables of self and team If you would like to be considered for this position, please email your resume to Yvette.merk@roberthalf.com immediately.
