Robert Half Sr Financial Analyst in Chino, California
Description
We are in search of a Sr Financial Analyst to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Chino, California. This role will be instrumental in our finance team, focusing on financial planning and analysis. You will assist in driving the financial performance of the organization and contribute to the development of the financial strategies.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models and conduct benchmarking and process analysis for the business.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to provide analytics to support sales activities
• Collaborate with the FP& A team to create reports, work on FP& A tasks, and contribute to KPI reporting.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and work closely with the VP of FP& A.
• Use your strong skills in financial analysis to drive business strategy and performance.
• Provide insights on financial health and operational efficiency to the management.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential business opportunities and acquisitions.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.
• Ensure all financial operations align with company policies and regulations.
• Communicate complex financial information and concepts in a clear and concise manner to team members and senior leadership.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Wholesale Distribution industry
• Expertise in financial analysis and forecasting
• Experience working with sales managers and VPs related to sales analysis
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is required
