Robert Half Accounts Receivable Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio

Description

We are providing a contract-to-hire work opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in the manufacturing industry stationed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The primary responsibilities of this role include supervising the order-to-cash procedure, maintaining customer accounts, and handling data transfer tasks. The role may also involve supporting tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring all orders are successfully processed and delivered by the defined deadlines.

• Coordinating with diverse customers, planning deliveries, and confirming all necessary order details.

• Maintaining a sharp focus on detail while dealing with customer orders and scheduling deliveries.

• Initiating the fulfillment process upon completion of order scheduling, which includes generating pick reports and billing tasks.

• Transferring data in an organized and methodical manner.

• Providing support for both accounts receivable and payable tasks as needed.

• Utilizing accounting software and tools, like Microsoft Excel, to keep precise records.

• Handling shipping logistics and ensuring adherence to all related regulations.

• Leveraging 'Order to Cash' and 'Accounts Receivable (AR)' expertise to excel in job performance.

• Performing additional accounting and billing functions as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Order to Cash process

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in International Shipping

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures

• Excellent data entry skills

• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
