Robert Half Billing Analyst in CINCINNATI, Ohio
Robert Half is currently in need of an articulate Billing Clerk who is well-organized and has a keen attention to detail. This opening is based in the Blue Ash, Ohio area and is a temporary to hire opportunity. As a Billing Clerk, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Are you a self-starter looking to take your career to the next level? Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
Construct financial procedures and controls
Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered
Ability to work with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Microsoft Office 365 and Excel experience highly desired
Comprehensive knowledge of billing
Foundational knowledge in invoicing
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
