Construct financial procedures and controls
Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency Requirements - Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Thorough understanding of spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
2+ years of experience in a related role
Customer service experience
Microsoft Excel experience
B2B collections experience preferred
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
