We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. With a firm belief in the value of professionalism and excellence, our company provides a platform for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable to pinpoint delinquent accounts

• Engage with customers who have outstanding accounts to facilitate payments or negotiate installment plans when necessary

• Accurately document all customer interactions and payments received

• Address and rectify any customer complaints or issues related to billing

• Regularly update the team on the status of unpaid accounts and the progress of repayment

• Carry out billing collection processes

• Handle B2B collections and cash collections

• Perform collection operations

• Work with commercial collections and credit collections.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Ability to perform billing functions accurately and timely

• Familiarity with various collection processes and strategies

• Knowledge of D365 software

• Expertise in billing collection

• Proven experience in B2B collections

• Understanding of collection operations

• Proven track record in cash collections

• Demonstrated skills in collections

• Experience in collections for commercial accounts

• Knowledge in credit collections and related procedures
