Robert Half International Compliance Analyst in CINCINNATI, Ohio


This role is in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Are you a knowledgeable Compliance Analyst? Your responsibilities in this role

  • Guarantee the completion of tasks by the appropriate deadline

  • Operate policy management in compliance tools

  • Write and assess compliance reports for monitoring and oversight

  • Spearhead collaborations with key stakeholders to confirm ownership and track completion of tasks, filings, and other regulatory requirements

  • Manage compliance requirements and confirm associated tasks are assigned

  • Build processes and procedures to support compliance requirements

  • Manage appropriate controls associated with compliance requirements based on established criteria

  • Utilize up-to-date knowledge regarding laws, federal orders, and state laws to assess compliance risks and to determine if applicable

  • Archive and construct a controls framework and implement in compliance tools


  • Capacity to team with legal, IT professionals, and business partners to reach mutually vested consensus

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Adeptness in regulatory compliance

  • Corporate governance experience highly desired

  • Foundational knowledge in due diligence

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Data Protection

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Contract Compliance

  • Familiarity with identifying, documenting and implementing controls

  • Verbal, written and presentation skills are required
