Robert Half is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual for a Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

  • Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with orders or service requests.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries.

  • Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes or procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Assist in training new customer service team members as needed.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging situations.

  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Bilingual skills may be advantageous but are not required.
