Protiviti is looking for a Security Operations Center Pod Lead to join our growing team in Blue Ash, OH or Dallas, Texas.

Pod Leads partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions. Pod Leads strive to develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. The goal of the Pod Lead is to understand their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry.  Pod Leads are developing contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

  • You enjoy working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Demonstrated experience with:

  • Developing optimal IAM processes and efficient operations

  • IAM systems platforms such as SailPoint, Oracle, IAM, Saviynt and Microsoft.

  • Managing IAM service sustainment and service request processes, including requested IAM modifications, configuration changes, service performance tracking and reporting.

  • Operating ancillary identity platforms including SailPoint and Privileged Access Management Systems, including CyberArk.

  • Familiarity with regulations and audit requirements to deliver access certification and provisioning.

  • Documenting current processes and technology configurations and can confirm maturity of current state capability with key stakeholders.

  • Defining and documenting the IAM service transition strategy to assume operational control of the IAM environment.

  • Initiating processes which enable APIs or connectivity to 3rd party IT environment to support reporting and ticketing systems.

  • Supervisory experience of operational teams including consultants, senior consultants, and managers (or equivalent) .

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS).

  • 7+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

  • Professional Certification such as CISSP, CISM or CISA, CIPP/US or CIPT, GSEC, GIAC, CEH, CPT are strongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Protiviti’s Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) provides additional incentive opportunities on top of their annualized salary for eligible employees. Protiviti provides paid Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service. A new hire receives up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. For every 3 years of service, our people receive an additional 3 days of CTO, up to a maximum of 30 days per year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year. We offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan, with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions for eligible employees.
