Robert Half HR Specialist in CINCINNATI, Ohio


Primary Purpose: Primary responsibilities include providing structure and process to the development and implementation of initiatives within the Human Resources department. This position provides project support and direction to multiple concurrent efforts and entails the management of moderate to highly complex projects and consulting to the Human Resources functions with regular communications and interactions with HR leadership regarding status, progress and challenges. Responsibilities include typical project management skills (scope project work, define and track milestones, ensure accountability, etc.), but also the ability to provide access to internal expertise and resources, incorporate leading practices and innovative solutions, and communicate with key stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, minimum required. Master's degree, preferred degree

Years of Experience: Three-five years equivalent experience, minimum required. Six to ten years, preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Significant knowledge and experience in project management and group facilitation required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, written and verbal) required, and demonstrated ability to work in rapidly changing and/or ambiguous environments. Background in Human Resources highly preferred, and strong customer service and liaison skills required. Candidate must also have the ability to understand “big picture” organizational priorities, combined with excellent attention to detail.
