We are in search of a IT Support Analyst to join our team located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in understanding our applications and business departmental needs, serving as the liaison between departments and enabling productive use of technology systems. This role will also include participation in after-hours on-call schedules for break/fix and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative functions and upgrades within application systems to meet current business needs and avoid disruption of business processes.

• Develop a strong understanding of applications and business departmental needs, acting as a liaison between departments.

• Assist and train end users to solve problems and increase their self-reliance.

• Travel to company locations in town as needed to perform hands-on maintenance and support tasks.

• Work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, diligently address difficult problems, and quickly adapt to business needs.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 Enterprise, LAN Vs. WAN, VoIP, Active Directory skills to perform daily tasks and responsibilities.IT

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role for a minimum of 1 year

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise

• Understanding of LAN Vs. WAN network types

• Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) systems

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
