Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is vital in the field of finance, where you will be tasked with maintaining precise financial records, managing relationships with accounts payable and receivable, and processing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and promptness in invoicing clients for services, while adhering to billing contract data and reporting requirements.
• Oversee the reconciliation of cash receipts and credit card transactions to uphold accurate financial records.
• Nurture relationships with accounts payable and accounts receivable to streamline financial transactions.
• Handle financial transactions processing, which includes accounts payable and accounts receivable entries, with precision and efficiency.
• Take charge in managing daily cash flow and prepare reports to monitor the financial health of the organization.
• Create comprehensive financial statement packages for the leadership team, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with tax advisors and financial vendors to provide necessary documentation and support during tax filings and audits.
• Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliation and offer support during audits.
• Carry out ad-hoc financial analyses to aid business initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Generate and analyze project reports to track financial performance.
• Audit timesheets for accuracy to ensure proper allocation of resources and invoice processing. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation is essential.
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations is needed.
• Knowledge of General Ledger maintenance is a must.
• Expertise in Journal Entries preparation is necessary.
• High level skill in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Experience in Month End Close procedures is desired.
• Familiarity with NetSuite software is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Oracle financial software is preferable.
• Knowledge of SAP system is advantageous.
