Description
Our client is seeking a Supervisor IT Operations who will provide guidance, training, and leadership to Mobile Support Technicians and Asset Coordinators. They will provide supervision and management to ensure the day-to-day operations of the company’s deployment and asset teams are fulfilled. They are expected to work with IT Teams and departments across the organization to detect, assess, and rectify performance and productivity issues for our corporate employees and internal customers. They will identify areas for improvement, coordinate the deployment of technology solutions and facilitate change within the department. Manages budget and resources. Builds and maintains an effective and collaborative team that delivers a balanced approach between structure, discipline, and flexibility in their interactions with IT partners and users based on strong technical expertise with a focused user-experience orientation. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on leader, with strong technical know-how and the ability to provide great customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of deployment team and asset coordinators
Oversee efficiency and operational processes
Analyze business requirements and customer needs
Monitor and report on department performance
Provide mentoring and coaching of direct reports to improve skill sets and company objectives.

Interdepartmental with all LOB (Lines of Business)

Provide administrative support
Update Inventory
IT Ticketing Reporting
In coordination with other IT groups, participate in troubleshooting exercises related to end-user performance problems. May provide periodic reports related to IT activities to non-IT groups.
Requirements
Manage resource forecasting in appropriate tracking tools across two different departments (Mobile Technicians and Asset Coordinators)
Complete and delivers performance reviews

High-Impact Communications
Must have excellent documentation skills
Proven track record of creative problem solving, adapting to change, and a desire to build new processes.
Knowledge of Operation principles and policies
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Building Partnerships within department and interdepartmental groups
Makes recommendations to more senior managers on personnel actions, including hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, and employee compensation.
Promote company culture and ethics.
Understanding of ISMS (Information Security Management System) as it pertains to ISO 27001 and SOC II compliances.
Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions. (Microsoft Intune)
Knowledge of deployment methodology of Macintosh IOS and Windows 10,11 systems.
