Robert Half Financial Analyst/Manager in City of Industry, California

Description

We are in search of a meticulous Finance Manager to join our manufacturing team based in the City of Industry, California. The primary role will be to consolidate supply chain strategies into financial and manufacturing cost plans. This position requires close collaboration with various functions within the organization and you will be instrumental in presenting financial forecasts and actual results to the Supply Chain Leadership Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate Supply Chain strategies into financial, manufacturing cost plans and monthly financial forecasts

• Provide insights and recommendations on supply chain costs, including logistic costs, Capital spending management, inventory management and compliance

• Assist in the preparation of Supply Chain Annual Operation Plan/Budget

• Support regional supply chain team in decision-making through financial and costing recommendations and analyses

• Monitor cash elements within Supply Chain Finance scope (CapEx & Stocks)

• Identify financial and manufacturing cost improvement opportunities on all initiatives developed to deliver productivity and optimize efficiency in Supply Chain

• Collaborate with demand & supply planning teams to monitor stock obsolescence, proactively manage and minimize aged stocks

• Assist in developing financial and manufacturing cost modeling to support decision making for Senior Management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst/Manager role within the manufacturing industry

• Bilingual English/Mandarin a plus but not required

• Experience with CapEx

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Auditing and Budget Processes

• Proficiency in SAP

• Experience in Global Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, and Supply Chain Strategy

• Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or similar is a plus.
