Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator with a solid educational background in accounting and HR, and experience using ADP software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP software.

  • Verify accuracy of timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Calculate and process adjustments such as bonuses, commissions, and overtime.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processing.

  • Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.

  • Generate payroll reports for management review.

  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings as required.

  • Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

  • Process employee deductions and contributions accurately.

  • HR Support:

  • Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data management.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees by processing payroll-related documentation.

  • Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to payroll processing.

  • Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.

  • Proficiency in using ADP payroll software.

  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing payroll processing.

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
