Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM Analyst with hands-on technical experience in planning and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of IAM technologies and will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' digital identities and resources.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement IAM solutions to meet the security needs of our clients.
Conduct technical analysis of IAM implementations, products, and technologies.
Work closely with clients to understand their IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement IAM software solutions, with a preference for experience in SailPoint, Okta, or One Identity.
Utilize recent hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) software solutions, specifically CyberArk within the past 3-5 years.
Demonstrate expertise in Active Directory, including Organizational Units (OU), groups, and user attributes.
Apply knowledge of security standards such as SSCP, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, CSX-P, etc., to ensure robust security measures.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, fostering positive professional relationships.
Stay updated on information security concepts, trends, and technologies.
Prepare technical documentation to clearly document processes and procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment and work independently on assigned tasks.
Manage multiple assignments concurrently with minimal supervision.
Define provisioning policies and construct IAM provisioning connectors to enhance identity management processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical experience in planning and implementing IAM solutions.
2 years of technical analysis experience with IAM implementation products and technologies.
A 2-year college degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Hands-on experience with IAM software solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or One Identity is preferred.
Recent hands-on experience with PAM software solutions, specifically CyberArk, within the past 3-5 years is required.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including OU, groups, and user attributes.
Proficiency in security standards such as SSCP, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, CSX-P, etc.
Understanding of information security concepts, trends, and technologies.
Ability to write technical documentation with clarity and precision.
Capability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently with minimal supervision.
