Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Claremont, California

Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Claremont, California. The role involves managing all aspects of our daily bookkeeping and financial management needs. This includes managing accounts receivable, overseeing payable, maintaining the general ledger, processing payroll, performing bank reconciliations, and handling tax compliance. Responsibilities:

• Oversee full cycle accounting duties, including preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Perform bank reconciliations and report on financial status regularly

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by maintaining appropriate records and documentation

• Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and financial plans

• Handle payroll processes to ensure all employees are compensated correctly and on time

• Maintain the general ledger to ensure all financial data is up to date

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data

• Use QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online for managing accounts and financial reporting

• Conduct Cash Flow Analysis, Financial Analysis, Profit and loss, and Cost Analysis to identify financial trends and make projections.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping role

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems is essential

• Familiarity with computerized accounting systems is required

• Needs to be proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions

• Experience in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with the preparation and management of an annual budget

• Proficiency in cash flow analysis

• Must have experience in using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online

• Experience in handling payroll for under 100 employees is necessary

• Proficiency in financial analysis is required

• Must have a thorough understanding of profit and loss statements

• Experience in cost analysis is essential
