Responsibilities:
As a Paralegal specializing in transactional law, your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting attorneys in real estate, corporate, and estate planning matters
Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Conducting legal research and analysis
Managing and organizing transactional files
Facilitating client communication and document execution
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
Proven experience in transactional law, supporting attorneys in real estate, corporate, or estate planning cases
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
