We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accountant with 3+ years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist experience in a variety of office environments. Any experience assisting with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, or credit and B2B collections is a plus.

Requirements

Position requires a self-starter who works well under pressure and has solid computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Any experience with a variety of other accounting software such as Great Plains Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Abila, MAS or QuickBooks are a plus. Responsible for general ledger coding, data entry, communicating with vendors, statement research and approving invoices. Helping with invoicing, payment posting, and business-to-business Collections are required.
