Your success will depend on being responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Major responsibilities
Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner
Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments
Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively
Affirm that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
Assigns schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
Provides the daily stand-ups, providing they are brief, timely, and focused
Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic
Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis
Determines and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Facilitates the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers
Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards
Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion
Sets forth the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Work in close collaboration with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager
Commands project planning
Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests Requirements - Must have superb stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
Experience in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects
Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
5+ years of project management experience
Skilled in technical applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
