Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a A/V Design Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves designing digital spaces based on client requirements and supporting all audio and video systems. You will be working in the telecom industry and your main duties will involve design, layout, and various audio/visual specifications.
Responsibilities:
• Design digital spaces based on client requirements and provide technical and analytic support in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems of business communication systems.
• Interface with clients and sales team to understand requirements and walk through resources.
• Determine infrastructure requirements to support the designs and develop standards.
• Set up, configure, test, and support all audio and video systems in house.
• Troubleshoot audio/video performance issues and maintain diagrams and documentation.
• Maintain all systems, applications, and configurations.
• Use skills such as Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Audio Visual, Visio Technical, CAD, CAD Software to perform the tasks efficiently.
• Provide extraordinary technical and analytic support in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems of moderate to complex business communication systems.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
Requirements
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Must have a good understanding of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management.
• Expertise in Audio Visual and Visio Technical is necessary.
• Proficient in CAD, and CAD Software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
