Description
We are in search of a Billing Specialist to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. This is an exciting direct hire position and a wonderful opportunity to join a stable company! The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of billing experience and have general accounting knowledge. If this is a position that you are interested in, please apply ASAP!
The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and it is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
-Process billing requests
-Assist with the finance agreements of the company
-Help with any issues or discrepancies that arise
-Create and maintain an error log
-Additional billing duties as assigned

Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in billing functions
• Billing Specialist experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
