Description We are in search of a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the digital transformation industry. As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be instrumental in the design and implementation of automation strategies, identifying complex automation processes, and developing sustainable automation programs that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation strategies that align with our corporate technology strategies and further our business goals.

• Identify complex automation processes that align with our customers’ business needs and strategic goals.

• Enable customers in building long-term automation programs that affect organization-wide impact and change.

• Utilize strong facilitation skills to consolidate diverse set of opinions into a common set of goals and objectives.

• Mentor and guide newer team members to develop strong business acumen.

• Apply creative thinking to design strategies that result in sustainable value realization.

• Develop and mature our teams’ processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner for best in class delivery.

• Influence and develop customer solutions based on current hands-on knowledge of the UiPath business automation platform.

• Partner with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

• Promote the adoption of automation best practices within the broader business community.

• Help drive customer references and case studies. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in UiPath is mandatory.

• Strong background in Program Management is required.

• Extensive experience in System Implementation is essential.

• Solid understanding and experience in Digital Strategy development.

• Experience in crafting and executing Business Strategy is needed.

• Must have a strong background in Innovation Strategy.

• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture is a must-have.

• Experience in Infrastructure Architecture is required. Innovation starts with people.®
