Description We are in the process of recruiting a Project Assistant for our team in the Health Insurance industry, based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves providing support for various project-related tasks, with a focus on customer service, data entry, and timeline management. The employment type for this position is a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the setup and teardown of events, aiding attendees both inside and outside of the facility

• Working closely with agents to understand their schedules and ensure smooth operations

• Engaging in outreach activities to prospects via phone calls, ensuring all leads are effectively managed

• Managing marketing materials, including distribution, setup, and storage

• Handling data entry tasks, such as checking guests into events and making sure sign-up sheets are compliant

• Assisting event attendees, particularly elderly individuals, by helping them with seating and distributing incentives

• Utilizing various Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to organize files and manage timelines

• Performing scanning and shipping functions as needed

• Ensuring all customer service interactions are handled professionally and efficiently

• Reporting to the local office and signing in regularly. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

• Proven experience in Customer Service.

• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines effectively.

• Competency in Data Entry.

• Experience in organizing files.

• Ability to perform scanning tasks.

• Knowledge of shipping functions.

• High level of organization and ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
