Description
Robert Half is seeking a technical SEO Specialist to join our marketing agency client in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset and a strong foundation in search engine optimization (SEO), including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Experience with technical SEO strategies AND SEO content is ideal. This role is a direct-hire opportunity with a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive SEO audits to evaluate technical, on-site, and off-site elements.
Establish KPIs and execute necessary actions to enhance clients’ website rankings and organic traffic across major search engines.
Provide ongoing suggestions for enhancing site structure, content quality, and user experience to boost search engine visibility.
Work to understand clients’ digital marketing goals and how to translate ideas into executable strategies.
Track, analyze and report using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar SEO industry tools
Perform keyword research and analysis to guide content teams and inform content strategy
Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams by making data-driven decisions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an SEO-driven position.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop, pitch and execute marketing strategies
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
