Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in CLEVELAND, Tennessee
Description Large regional service company seeks experienced customer service professional to assist with growing volume and peak season. Initially this position will start in a temporary capacity Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. If all goes well, this can easily turn into a temporary to hire opportunitiy.
Job duties will include:
--Answer incoming calls
--Assist with the set up and installation process for new customers
--Close out customer accounts
--Take payments and assist with payment plans
--Create work orders for operators and field technicians
--General administrative tasks as needed
--Communicate with a variety of internal departments and team members
--MUST have the ability to commute daily to Cleveland TN area
--Intermediate level technical ability
--Ability to toggle between multiple screens and systems while on the phone
--Warm communication and desire to help retain customers

**All applicants MUST undergo background screening, drug screening, and provide positive references from past employment for consideration. Requirements - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Deep understanding of CRM
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel
Incoming payments experience preferred
General familiarity with typing 45 - 60 words per minute
Experience with Microsoft Word
Billing experience desired
Proven knowledge of customer service
Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
