One of the most important parts of your role as the Human Resources Recruiter is full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. This position's duties include recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Key responsibilities

  • Administering interviews

  • Helping with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Implementing various administrative duties

  • Guiding internal recommendations

  • Putting to use digital recruiting resources

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements


  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

    • In this position, you will absolutely need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • Wide ranging experience with Written Communication

  • General familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

  • Knowledge of sourcing recruitment

  • Proven knowledge of Applicant Track System

  • Proficiency in interviewing

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

  • Quality experience with Communication Skills

  • Earlier work involving calendar managements and scheduling appointments

  • Internal communications experience

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • Screen Applicants experience highly desired

  • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
