OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter role with a dynamic organization in the Manufacturing industry. This position will be best filled by a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. Duties include performing a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions.   • Conducting various administrative duties

  • Fulfilling interviews

  • Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources

  • Supporting new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Identifying and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Constructing internal recommendations

    Requirements - Wide ranging experience with Written Communication

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

  • Proficiency in interviewing

  • Internal communications experience preferred

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • Earlier work involving calendar managements and scheduling appointments

  • Proven knowledge of Applicant Track System

  • Expertise in sourcing recruitment

  • Screen Applicants experience

  • General familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

  • Quality experience with Communication Skills

    • The ideal hire for this role is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

  • Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
