Description We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this pivotal role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, meticulously review contracts for accuracy, and manage scheduling for senior staff. A basic understanding of QuickBooks is essential. We're seeking a motivated individual eager to grow and excel. Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks using QuickBooks, including data entry and expense tracking • Review and proofread contracts to ensure accuracy, grammar, and compliance with company standards • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for senior staff, ensuring efficient time management • Create, edit, and maintain documents and spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Docs • Provide support to different departments within the organization as needed • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects, ensuring project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality • Maintain high standards of grammar and accuracy in all written communications and documentation • Break down projects into manageable tasks, prioritize them based on urgency and importance, and assign deadlines to ensure timely completion • Identify potential issues that could impact project timelines and work with the team to develop solutions • Use skills such as Calendar Management, C-Suite, QuickBooks, Proofreading, and Quick Turnaround to manage tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. • Experience in managing calendars and coordinating schedules for senior executives, preferably in a C-Suite environment. • Skills in proofreading are essential to ensure all documents and correspondence are accurate and detail oriented. • Ability to deliver quick turnaround times on tasks and projects is necessary. • Candidate must have a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. • Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs are required.
