Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in College Park, Georgia

Description We are offering a role for an Administrative Coordinator situated in College Park, Georgia. This role is within the telecom industry and will focus on aiding in the coordination of daily warehouse activities and maintaining detailed and accurate inventory records. The employment type for this role is a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and monitor inbound and outbound orders.

• Utilize and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively.

• Handle bills of lading with precision.

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including dispatching, shipping, and receiving.

• Oversee and maintain detailed and accurate inventory records.

• Coordinate with suppliers, haulers, and customers to ensure timely and precise delivery of goods.

• Resolve any arising problems or complaints in line with company policy and standards.

• Facilitate regular warehouse inspections and implement necessary safety and security measures.

• Generate reports and present on warehouse productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.

• Utilize skills in Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, About Time, Correspondence, C-Suite, Customer Service, and Data Entry. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Management System

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with 'About Time' software is required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence

• Previous experience in a C-Suite environment is an advantage

• Must possess excellent customer service skills

• Data Entry skills are essential for this role

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role

• Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Must be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving skills are required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
