Robert Half Systems Administrator in College Park, Georgia
Description We are looking for a Systems Administrator based in College Park, Georgia. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our financial business systems and related software. This role will also involve serving as a liaison between our organization and software providers to resolve any system performance issues.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal performance of all financial systems
• Build custom reports and dashboards for end-users
• Respond proactively to problem alerts from users or system monitoring
• Plan and execute strategies to maintain system security
• Ensure timely system workflows and configurations to minimize business disruptions
• Create ongoing system training solutions to maintain peak skill levels among end-users
• Participate in SaaS Intacct communities to identify opportunities to better utilize our financial business systems
• Implement new system software releases
• Utilise skills in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Linux Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments to fulfil responsibilities.
This role does not include any supervisory responsibilities. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential
• Strong knowledge of Database management
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is required
• Experience with EO/IR systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Linux Technologies is essential
• Proficiency in Active Directory is required
• Experience with Backup Technologies is a must
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is required
• Knowledge of Configuration Management is essential
