General Essential Duties: · Assist IT Director with job responsibilities as needed · Assist in hiring, training, and managing technical staff related to areas of responsibility · Review and Approve Technology Expenses related to areas of responsibility · Maintain a safe and secure work environment · Develop personal growth opportunities · Maintain organization Microsoft effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technology · Complete projects by coordinating resources and schedules with user departments and data center · Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. · Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards · Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. · Write and Maintain Technical Documentation and Operating Procedures Support Essential Duties: · Support Manager for IT Service Management and Technical Support Service Desk · Technical Support for Windows OS and desktop applications · Assist with on-call support for after-hours calls to Technical Support team · Assist with on-site Technology Deployment projects for devices and services at store locations · Plan, Implement and Manage Mobile Devices · Desktop Hardware and Software Deployment and Upgrades; Remote Desktop Support · Technical Support for Computer Hardware, Printers, Copiers, and Accessories · Technical Support for Mobile Devices (iPhone, iPad, Cell Phone, other Tablets, and Smartphones)



· Bachelor’Microsoft degree in Information Technology or other STEM areas of study is highly preferred · Excellent problem-solving skills · High level of technical competency/proficiency · 2 years or more experience in managing technical staff 5 years or more experience in a Senior technology support role within an IT environment · Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, especially with non-technical Users or Stakeholders · Project Planning and Project Management · Business Process Management (BPM) and Technical Documentation · Excellent problem-solving skills; High level of technical competency/proficiency
