Description

We are offering a contract for a Benefits Administrator role in the Logistics industry, specifically located in Collierville. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing benefit functions, claim and Cobra administration, and utilizing CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate processing and administration of all benefits claims

• Utilize CRM systems to manage and update customer records and inquiries

• Oversee and manage Cobra administration to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Handle all communication related to benefits administration with a high level of professionalism

• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status

• Maintain a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Facilitate and manage virtual meetings

• Keep accurate records of customer credit applications and process them efficiently

• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Requirements • Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage client data and interactions

• Comprehensive understanding of Benefit Functions to aid in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs

• Experience in Claim Administration to ensure prompt and accurate processing of insurance claims

• Expertise in Cobra Administration to manage continuation of health insurance coverage for eligible employees

• Excellent Communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with employees, explaining benefits and answering queries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis concerning benefits administration TalentMatch®
